My 15yold lad after attending Muay Thai in Phuket. On returning attended a trial here in Cheltenham. He joined in Dec 24 and really enjoys the classes and is improving his form rapidly. A community here with more experienced helping junior improve technique especially if they show interest and commitment. Lead instructors excellent.
